Access to conference activities is subject to payment. Registration fees are as follows:

Pre-registration will be done online. Final registration will take place on-site on the day of the conference.

Conference registration fees cover: participation in scientific activities, conference materials, and coffee/lunch breaks. Accommodation costs are the responsibility of the participants. 

Foreign researchers who may face difficulties in obtaining a visa are allowed to participate remotely via videoconference.
