Paper Submission
Please, read the following carefully:
- Contributions are exclusively submitted via the current conference online submission system. Papers received by any other means will not be considered, except special session papers which are submitted via an external form.
- Upon acceptance, authors may be asked to revise their papers based on the reviewers comments to maintain quality standards.
- Accepted papers from registered authors will be published online in the conference proceedings. Furthermore, a selection of the best papers will have the opportunity to be published in partner journals.
Submission checklist
Before submitting your paper, double-check the following:
- You are aware of the conference arrangements published on its website, including deadlines and fees.
- Your submission is a full-text paper (not just an abstract), not exceeding 8 pages, written in English.
- Your paper's subject falls under one of the conference topics.
- Your paper is original and not previously published elsewhere.
- Your paper formatting strictly adheres to the provided template and respects the instructions within.
- All the authors of the paper are included in the corresponding area of the template.
- Your paper is produced in PDF format.
Creating an account for submission
To submit your paper, you must first create an account on the submission system. If you already possess an account from a prior conference hosted on Sciencesconf.org, kindly use it for direct login by clicking the "Login" button positioned at the top right corner of this page. If not, please sign up by selecting "Create account" from the login menu.
Upon signing up, a confirmation email will be dispatched to confirm the creation of your account. Once logged in to the platform, click on the green "Submit a paper" button below and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your conference paper submission process. Once finished, a submission receipt will be emailed to you. Your paper status will be visible in the "My submissions" screen which you can access from the "My space" menu. While your paper is under review, its status may change multiple times as it undergoes various checks. You will be notified of the final decision within the specified deadline.
Please make sure to specify all the authors of the paper when prompted during the submission process.
